  Darryl R. Lippman is the founder of HospitalComplaint.com.

His extensive hospital administration career spans over 30 years, including being the former president and chief executive officer of complex hospitals and hospital systems, namely, Mercy Health Partners (a multi-hospital system) and St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center (Toledo, Ohio), and The Allentown Hospital (Allentown, Pa.). He began his career in the U.S.A.F. Medical Service Corps, achieving the rank of Captain. He received his Master of Hospital Administration from Duke University, and has attained the highest designation, Fellow, in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
 
  He is well qualified to assist patients and their families, having been directly involved throughout his career in resolving hospital complaints.

Mr. Lippman's special interest in patient advocacy has been well documented. Under his leadership as chief executive officer, his organizations achieved national recognition, including being the recipient of the Catholic Health Association's most prestigious honor, the Achievement Citation Award, in 1999, and the Jewish National Fund's Tree of Life Award in 1996. He has also authored a number of consumer advocacy articles related to hospitals and health care industry.
